Cancellation Policy

01 Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that production has not yet started.

Cancellation requests received after production has begun cannot be accepted.

02 Orders Already in Production

Once an order enters production, printing, or fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled because the product is custom-made specifically for that customer.

03 How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact us by email within the cancellation window.

Please include:

• Order ID
• Name used for the order
• Reason for cancellation

04 Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

• The order will be cancelled.
• A full refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

05 Cancellation by RAIVEX

RAIVEX reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Payment issues
• Pricing or technical errors
• Manufacturing limitations
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
