RAIVEX designs, develops, and sells its own original apparel and merchandise. Product availability, pricing, colours, and specifications may change without prior notice.

We strive to ensure all product information is accurate; however, occasional errors may occur.

03 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.

04 Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or after a Cash on Delivery order is accepted where available.

RAIVEX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including but not limited to:

Payment failure
Pricing or technical errors
Product availability issues
Manufacturing limitations
Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a refund according to our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in:

Lighting conditions
Photography

Such minor variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

07 Payment

Payments are securely processed through authorised payment partners such as Razorpay.

RAIVEX does not store customers' banking credentials, card information, or UPI PINs.

08 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available only for eligible orders within Ranchi.

RAIVEX reserves the right to expand, modify, or discontinue COD services at any time.

09 Order Cancellation by RAIVEX

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturing issues, technical problems, incorrect pricing, stock availability, or other operational reasons, RAIVEX may cancel the order.

If payment has already been received, the customer will receive a full refund.

10 Limitation of Liability

RAIVEX shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or manufacturing disruptions.

11 Changes to These Terms

RAIVEX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website with the latest revision date.
